A. Hasbro Cartoon Universe Continuity

I. G.I. Joe

Ramirez and crew, investigating a claim by a conspiracy theorist that the conflict between the Joes and Cobra is false and a waste of taxpayer funds, find their way into a G.I. Joe training area during war games. When fighting is called, due to their presence, Flint escorts them into Headquarters. There, Shipwreck is assigned to give them a tour.  When Shipwreck becomes irritated by the questions, he enters a Top Secret area to find a way to prove the conflict is real. Ramirez and crew are able to access the Top Secret room, though Shipwreck quickly escorts them out. They then board a Dragonfly helicopter to go to the Rockies, to investigate a report of Cobra activity. The helicopter is fired on by SAMs. After a crash landing, Ramirez, his crew, and Shipwreck locate a Cobra missile launcher. Shipwreck disable it in time to save a G.I. Joe rescue team [Gung Ho, Covergirl, Alpine, and Spirit with Freedom], but he, Ramirez and crew are soon captured by Zartan and his Dreadnaughts. Cobra Commander greets them, and monologues about his plot to break into the Rocky Mountain Chemical Weapons Arsenal to steal an explosive gas. Ramirez expresses his disbelief, and is shocked, when the conspiracy theorist in the crew is revealed to be The Baroness, in disguise. Cobra commander monologues some more, then orders The Baroness to use their drilling machine to pulverize the prisoners. Ramirez stalls for time, by requesting an interview from the ego-maniacal Commander. While Ramirez and his Cameraman are in the interview, Zartan steals the explosive gas, and other chemical weapons. The G.I. Joe rescue party infiltrates the Cobra base. Laughing and itching gases are released, and in the chaos, Shipwreck backs a drill machine through the wall to reach Ramirez and his Camerman. They and the other Joes escape in the drill machine. Outside, they are met by Duke, who had just arrived. Affected by the laughing gas, Ramirez explains how great the battle had been to witness and hugs and kisses Duke. (Twenty Questions)

In an episode of his news program, 20 Questions, Hector Ramirez reports on the convicted traitor in America's elite G.I. Joe force. Specialist 4 Ronald  W.  "Dusty" Rudat. Dusty had been accused of supplying information to Cobra, which led to Joes being caught in an ambush that left Conrad "Duke" Hauser in a coma. It is speculated that Dusty's mother's medical bills were motive for Dusty to sell secrets to Cobra.  (The Traitor part 2)

On another episode of 20 Questions, Hector Ramirez reports on a downed US experimental reconnaissance aircraft, the  AR-98 Ghost, piloted by Frank Sullivan and Ron Michaels. It's reported that the pilots claimed to encountered Unidentified Flying Objects. Expert guests are brought on the show to present the theory that the plane was shot down by Cobra: Lady Jay and General Hawk. To refute the theory, Cobra members Serpentor, Cobra Commander and Dr. Mindbender appear via satellite.  The guests retell their versions of the incident with the ghost, from their various points-of-view.  Both sides claim the Ghost was already damaged and descending, when their aircraft reached the area. Ramirez himself question's Cobra's claims of innocence, reminding them, and the audience, of a number of past Cobra attacks, including melting the polar ice caps, and destroying world currency. Later, Ramirez announces that he is not in his studio, but broadcasting from within a C-5A cargo plane, escorted by several Conquests. The opening of the show was prerecorded. Lady Jaye has actually been  live, via a feed from within the second of the two prototype Ghosts. Now, Lady Jaye activates the rear camera of her Ghost.  Four Cobra Ravens are caught on video, pursuing the Ghost.  Ramirez presents this as evidence to the audience, reminding them that "20 Questions brings you the answers."  After the show, Ramirez is present when pilots Sullivan and Michaels, previously rescued from an island, are being transferred to a medical facility. He asks for a statement for next week's show.  (Not a Ghost of a Chance)

Jack S. Morelli, a.k.a. Dial Tone, recently discharged from G.I. Joe, is at home watching a report by Hector Ramirez on television, when he is recruited by Chipper Dugan, who is Zarana in disguise, to work on a communication system.  (Sins of Our Fathers)

II. Transformers

Hector Ramierez is a news anchor. Autobots Tracks and Bumblebee stop by an appliance store to view his report on a television in the window. Ramirez reports that US and Soviet tensions are high, due to a recent incident, in which the Soviets lost a top secret experimental jet fighter, and are accusing the US of capturing it with one of their submarines. The US is denying the charge. Both nations, he says, have placed their armed forces on full alert. As they are watching, Tracks and Bumblebee are lured into an alley, by holograms of Decepticons, and captured. Later, Optimus Prime and other Autobots are watching their soaps, when the show is preempted by a news report. Ramirez announces that the United Nations Security Council has been convened to discuss the incident of the captured jet. The report prompts Optimus to investigate the disappearances of the jet and his Autobots. After Optimus Prime discovers the culprit is Lord Chumley, Ramirez reports that tensions have declined, as "sources" have indicated the lost Soviet jet was stolen by a big game hunter. World Leaders credit Optimus Prime with returning the world from the brink of war.   (Prime Target)

III. Jem

Hector Ramirez is reporting live from the red carpet, at the premiere of Flint Westwood's movie My Fist in Your Face, when Jem seemingly arrives,  and goes on to publicly insult Westwood and Ramierez.. The popstar dumps popcorn onto the movie's star's head, in a blatantly out-of-character display. It is later revealed that this was a Jem impersonator, hired to ruin her reputation with fans. (One Jem Too Many)

IV. Inhumanoids

Hector Ramirez is a journalist and host of the news program 20 Questions. He is airing a story on the appearance of "Inhumanoids", from under the earth. He reports on their past attacks on several cities in the USA and Russia, and on their capture by the team of scientists known as Earth Corps. Ramirez reports that two other human scientists Shore and Mangler have been imprisoned for their involvement, and notably, that a small piece of the Inhumanoid called Tendril, is missing. This is becomes an important lead for Earth Corps, as Tendril's piece regenerates and his return begins a chain of events that leads to the escape of several Inhumanoids and evil scientists.
